DTF, or Direct to Film, is the newest technology and the future of screen printing.  This new technology allows users to print designs on special films using water-based inks.  A powder adhesive coating is applied which requires curing.  After curing, you are ready to apply your design to the garment

Our state of the art 4 head DTF printer can produce brilliant full color transfers to be applied to virtually any garment in virtually any placement.  The speed of our equipment allows for fast production.  Based on our production schedule at the time of your order, we do offer same day production and shipping.

DTF and its new technology is a great option for small quantity orders.  It eliminates cutting and weeding vinyl materials.  DTF prints full color designs.  Also, eliminating the need for screens, color separations, and the restriction of using certain materials and colors

There is no shelf life for our transfers.  This allows for the perfect scenario for customers who order regularly.  Keeping additional transfers on hand for a repeat order is ideal, as this will allow a quick turn around and great customer service to your customer.

DTF Transfers must be applied using a commercial heat press.  Home irons CANNOT be used.  Please see the application instructions on the designated page.
