Policies & Guidelines
A Few Things Worth Knowing Before We Make It.
Custom work comes with a lot of moving parts. This is where Rocket Tees keeps the practical details, project guidelines, waivers, and expectations that help everyone start on the same page.
Not every project needs every policy. Use this page as a reference, and we’ll point you to anything that applies to your order.
Customer-Supplied Garments
Your garments. Our process. A little extra care.
Rocket Tees can work with customer-supplied garments and items when a project calls for it. Because those pieces were purchased outside our normal sourcing process, there are additional variables we can’t fully control before decoration begins.
This policy is here to make those risks clear before production—not to make the process complicated. When customer-owned items are accepted for decoration, the applicable waiver should be completed before work begins.
Bring the right quantity. Include any extras Rocket Tees recommends for the production method and project.
Know the garment may behave differently. Fabric, coatings, construction, prior wear, and unknown treatments can affect printing, pressing, stitching, or other decoration.
Complete the waiver before production. Review and submit the acknowledgment below so the waiver stays with the project process.
A Living Reference
One place for the details that matter.
As Rocket Tees formalizes additional guidance, this page can expand to include garment care, turnaround expectations, specialty-production notes, custom-store terms, and other project-specific policies. Artwork and file preparation now live in their own working guide so customers can jump directly to the production method they need.
